  New Accounts
All companies must complete and submit the following documents in order to start a business relationship with Max Group.

1. Credit Application Form*
2. Credit Release Authorization Form*
3. A copy of RE-SALE Certificate California Reseller Certificate*
4. A copy of Business License
5. A copy of Voided Company Check

All applications should be returned to the credit department of the sales office to which your sales representatives refer you.

Terms
Terms will be assigned or upgraded after the evaluation of the applicant's credit history. The process may take 3 to 5 working days.
Certain terms would require a submission of a current detailed financial statement to be eligible.

Payment
No shipment will be made until the Credit Department of Max Group has approved the order. Payment may be made by cashiers check, company check, or bank wire.

*No orders can be shipped unless wire transfer funds are received in our account. Sorry! Confirmation number alone will not be able to release order for shipment. On all wire transfers, you must provide the bank with your company name and customer number when you do the transfer. All orders will be shipped after funds are received in our account.

Max Group Corporation offers 30-day free flooring programs through the following financial partners: De Lage Landen (DLL) formerly known as IBM Credit. Customers can check with your sales representatives for more details on these flooring programs.

Minimum Orders
The minimum amount per order is $300. The minimum amount required for delivery varies according to the distance of delivery location.

Will Call
Please place your order at least 2 hours ahead of the planned pick-up time. Please double check with your sales representative before picking up your merchandise.

Shipping
All orders approved and processed before 4:00 PM local time will be shipped on the same day, unless certain merchandise is unavailable. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day. All merchandise is shipped FOB from our warehouse locations (Los Angeles, Fremont, Boston, and Atlanta) with shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. All the merchandise will be shipped by UPS unless we receive special instructions from the customer.

All deliveries will be arranged according to our delivery schedule. Please contact your sales representatives for the nearest warehouse location and the minimum purchase requirements for delivery.
