   Minimum Order
The minimum amount per order is $200. The minimum amount required for delivery varies according to the distance of delivery location.
   Will Call
For your convenience Max Group provides a Will Call facility for local pick-ups from the business hours of 8:30pm to 5:00pm. To insure your items are processed in a timely manner please place your orders at least 2-hours prior to pick up, this is an estimated window the processing could very to a shorter time frame. Please verify with your Account Executive or the branch office if required as to the order # and amount of purchase.
   Shipping
All orders approved and processed before 4:00 PM local time will be shipped on the same day, unless certain merchandise is unavailable. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day. All merchandise is shipped FOB from our warehouse locations (Los Angeles, Fremont, Boston, and Atlanta) with shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. All the merchandise will be shipped by UPS unless we receive special instructions from the customer.
   Delivery
All deliveries will be arranged according to our delivery schedule. Please contact your sales representatives for the nearest warehouse location and the minimum purchase requirements for delivery.

   Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please fill out the Online RMA Request Form completely and submit to Max Group RMA Department. The RMA Number you have been assigned from Max Group Corporation are for inspection purpose only. You will receive credit or replacement only under the condition that the merchandise was purchased from Max Group Corporation and under the Max Group warranty period. All merchandise received by Max Group will be inspected and tested. All the returns will be processed contingent upon the test result. Note: Any merchandise without proof of purchase or serial numbers that do not match Max Group's database will be returned to the customer.

Beginning of July 20, 2006, all waste computer monitors and televisions generated by households in Maine must be recycled (unless shipped out of state for disposal). Please contact your local municipality for information about how and where to recycle your computer monitors and televisions sets in your area.
